1、 Pre Shift Maintenance  
(1) Check whether the oil pool, oil level and oil indicator meet the specified standards. If not, replenish oil in time.  
(2) Check whether the button is flexible and stuck.  
(3) Check whether the motor grounding wire is loose, falling off or damaged. If it is loose, it shall be fastened. If it falls off or is damaged, it shall be notified to the maintenance personnel for treatment.  
(4) Check whether the safety protection device is complete and reliable.  
(5) Check whether each handle is flexible.  
(6) Tighten the loose nuts.  
 
2、 In Shift Maintenance:  
(1) Start the hydraulic pump and check whether the hydraulic pump works well and whether each sealing part and pipeline are blocked and leaked.  
(2) Check whether the limit switch works well and whether the bumper positioning is normal.  
(3) Always pay attention to whether the temperature rise and sound of all operating parts are normal.  
 
3、 After shift maintenance:  
(1) Check and clean all moving parts.  
(2) Place each control handle (switch) in neutral (zero position).  
(3) Check, clean and tidy the working face and working area.  
 
4、 Lubrication system:  
(1) Clean the oil pump and filter screen.  
(2) Scrub, check and dredge the oil circuit to achieve good lubrication and eliminate oil leakage.  
 
5、 Control system:  
(1) Scrub all connections and lubricate them in time to realize flexible operation.  
(2) Check and tighten the anchor screws of the upper and lower cylinder heads, motor base and hammer body to ensure firm fastening
