At present, the numerical control system adopts the processor with higher number and frequency to improve the basic operation speed of the system. At the same time, the super large-scale integrated circuit and multi microprocessor structure are adopted to improve the data processing ability of the system, that is, to improve the speed and accuracy of interpolation operation. The linear servo feed mode of directly driving the machine tool worktable by linear motor is adopted, and its high speed and dynamic response characteristics are quite superior. Feedforward control technology is adopted to greatly reduce the tracking lag error, so as to improve the machining accuracy of corner pressing.  
Affected by the global macroeconomic downturn, the growth of world machine tool consumption is still relatively slow. In 2014, the global machine tool consumption was about US $58.01 billion, which decreased compared with 2012 and rebounded compared with 2013. In recent years, China's manufacturing industry has been in a downturn, affecting the consumption of machine tools, but it still ranks first in the global consumption of machine tools, accounting for 20% in 2014, followed by the United States and Germany, accounting for 16% and 14% respectively.  
After 2011, China's macroeconomic growth rate fell back, and the macro economy has changed from high-speed growth period to medium and low-speed growth period. In the first half of 2015, China's macro economy was still running at a low level, the downward pressure was still large, the signs of stabilization and recovery were still unclear, and the machinery industry was still in the adjustment and upgrading stage of economic development. The machine tool industry is greatly affected by the macro economy, and its demand will gradually pick up and enter a low-speed growth period.  
Machine tool industry is the basic equipment industry of an economy.
