The most common faults of air suspension airbag are airbag airlessness and airbag wrinkles. The causes of these two faults may be different, and the treatment methods are also different. In practice, we should carefully analyze the causes and adopt correct methods.  
 
1. No air in the air bag: this situation is relatively simple to check. Let's first understand the air circuit structure of the air suspension. The air source of the air suspension spring is connected by the braking system and stored in a special air reservoir through the pressure protection valve. Therefore, the reason may be that the special air reservoir for air suspension has no air or the pressure is very low; The air pipeline is blocked or discounted; The connecting rod of the horizontal height valve falls off. We can check one by one during inspection, find out the principle and deal with the problem is not difficult.  
 
2. Airbag wrinkle: this failure may be caused by the airbag being stretched out and not reset normally during vehicle transportation and hoisting. The specific solution is to disassemble the connection between the rubber connector under the vertical rod of the horizontal height valve and the axle, lift the rod upward, and then install the rod back after all airbags are fully inflated, so that the airbag can return to normal state.  
 
The design of air spring is not as simple as expected, and its role in the car is also very important. Therefore, in case of failure, it should be handled in time. If it is really impossible, it should be sent for maintenance to ensure driving safety.
